TISS National Entrance Test (TISSNET) is a national level entrance exam conducted by Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai for admissions to its postgraduate courses. TISS offers as many as 53 Masters Degree programmes at its Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati, Hyderabad campuses and other locations.
Tata Institute of Social Sciences or commonly known as TISS is really good college for M.A. in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations. It's one of the oldest and prestigious courses at TISS, among the best in the country in this field, considered equivalent to an MBA, and has great placements and packages.
TISS-NET is a computer-based test with 100 objective type multiple choice questions (MCQ). Those with basic working knowledge of computer can take the test easily.
TISS-NET 2020 will be held on 4th January, 2020, from 2pm to 3.40 pm across several centres located in different parts of the country.
Candidates applying or single or multiple programmes will attend only one test and the TISS-NET Score will be valid for all the programmes applied for.
NO NEGATIVE MARKING applicable for TISS-NET for any programme. (However negative marking will be applicable for TISS-MAT administered to candidates applying for MA Human Resource Management & Labour Studies and MA Organisation Development, Change and Leadership).
Medium of TISS-NET will be English.

*Sectional cut off for General Awareness (GA) is applied for qualifying the TISS-NET. Candidate not scoring minimum mark for the General Awareness as given below will not be qualified for TISS NET and PIT& PI.

PWD and OBC(NC) – 30% i.e. 12 Marks
SC and ST – No sectional cut off applied
